How long is an invite code valid?
A code is valid for 48 hours. When it expires, the home owner generates a new one from the Home tab.
Can I check items off without internet?
Yes. Check items off even when the store has no signal. The changes reach everyone's phone when you are back online.
How is the community price calculated?
When at least 3 different people in the same city have priced a product, that week's median price shows on the product page. Nobody can see who entered a price. To keep your own prices out, turn off Home > Price sharing. These prices are entered by users, so check with the store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal. Cancel during the free trial and you aren't charged. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, tap Home > Delete account. If you can't open the app, follow the steps on the delete account page.
What can the child role do?
A child can see the list, add items and check them off. They can't create or delete lists or manage the home.
