Sepetliyo Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

By downloading Sepetliyo and creating an account you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the app. The Turkish version applies to users in Turkey.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Ali Rıza Yüksektepe, an individual developer ("we"); the same name appears as the seller in the app stores. Contact: support@odexi.app. Sepetliyo is a mobile app that lets the people in a home keep a shared grocery list, record what they paid and look at price history.

2. Your account

3. Households, roles and child accounts

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the app for anything unlawful, try to reach someone else's account, brute-force invite codes, send automated traffic that disrupts the service, knowingly enter false prices, or write abusive or unlawful content into item and household names. We may restrict or close your account if you do.

5. Community prices: disclaimer

Community prices are weekly median values calculated from prices that users entered. They don't guarantee that a store sells at that price, may be out of date, and may contain entry mistakes. The shelf and checkout price is what counts. We aren't responsible for decisions you make based on them. Sepetliyo is not an official partner or representative of any store or brand; store names only say where a price was entered.

If you don't want your prices counted, turn off Home > Price sharing.

6. Sepetliyo Aile (Family) subscription

Sepetliyo is free to use. Sepetliyo Aile is a paid subscription that covers everyone in the household. It unlocks full price history, price alerts, receipt scanning, the monthly spending summary and multiple households.

Subscriptions are handled through RevenueCat; details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Content and licence

The software, design and name of Sepetliyo belong to us. The list and item names you write belong to you; you let us store them, show them to the other members of your household and calculate anonymised price medians from them. Product names and photos may come from Open Food Facts and are subject to its open licence.

8. Availability and liability

We provide the service as is and don't promise it will run without interruption or errors. If there is no signal at the store, your check-offs wait on your device and sync when you're back online. Subject to mandatory legal limits, we aren't liable for indirect losses; for direct losses our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. If you break these terms, or if we shut the service down, we may suspend or close your account. If we shut the service down we'll give reasonable notice.

10. Changes

If we change these terms we'll announce it in the app and update the date above. We may ask you to accept important changes again. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

Turkish law applies. As a consumer you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts at your residence or where the transaction took place.
